Franchisees will be in the business of offering and selling at retail, from a Cool Cycles Unit, a limited menu of ice cream products, other complementary food and beverage items and related accessories. The Cool Cycles Unit is a specially designed and equipped motorcycle with sidecar from which franchisees will offer and sell products in neighborhoods and at events. Franchisees will transport the Cool Cycles Unit on a Mobile Depot, consisting of a specially designed and equipped trailer with a freezer unit and the capability of hauling Cool Cycles Unit(s).
