Coco’s Canine Club® core services are Doggy Daycare (exclusive clientele of small dogs) and Retail Store for dogs of all sizes. Franchisee may choose to offer optional services: Professional Grooming (dog & cat), DIY Dog Bathing Facility including treadmill and warm water therapy bath, Canine Express Pet Transport and In-Home Companion Pet Sitting Services (dogs, cats and other). BENEFITS of our franchise model includes: established Brand Identity, multiple revenue streams, proven business systems and guidelines, experienced leadership, comprehensive training, marketing package, client lead generation and retention methods; expandable opportunity; and more. OUR SYSTEM gives the Franchisee, in addition to our core services, alternatives to grow their business to meet their personal lifestyle goals. Optional revenue streams may be awarded to qualifying Franchisees upon application. PROPRIETARY A vast array of proprietary products such as collars, harnesses, leashes, attire, cookies & treats, and more products under development make Coco’s Canine Club® a stand out amongst the crowd. INDUSTRY INFORMATION The American Pet Products Association released the 2013-2014 National Pet Owners Survey, which found pet ownership in the United States is at a record. The survey indicated that pet ownership among all US households is 68 percent, an increase to 82.5 million pet-owning households in 2012. According to the 2015-2016 APPA National Pet Owners Survey “65% of U.S. households own a pet, which equates to 79.7 million homes”. OUR HISTORY Coco’s Canine Club was opened in July 2009 by Al and Kimbra Forkhamer in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. The new daycare, with its open concept, cheerful atmosphere and exclusive clientele of small dogs under 30 pounds, quickly became popular with locals and snowbirds alike.
