Street Pizza Gordon Ramsay and Fish & Chips Gordon Ramsay
Gordon Ramsay, celebrity chef and TV personality’s, restaurant group encompasses at least 24 distinct brands across more than 90 locations globally, ranging from Michelin-starred fine dining to casual and fast-casual concepts. The group has been licensing operations of reputed brands like Hell’s Kitchen, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill etc. in the U.S. but has recently begun franchising operations for two (2) brands in 2025. Lion Capital, which first invested $100 million in Ramsay's North American business in 2019, has expanded its partnership as part of a merger of the North American and international operations into a single holding company in February 2025 to further scale operations globally and accelerate franchising efforts.
DOXA
Addressing the pandemic induced labor shortages across major industries, DOXA was launched in 2020 to help small businesses cut labor costs by hiring highly skilled, affordable talent primarily from Philippines, Colombia, Vietnam, Kenya, and Panama. DOXA has partnered with Guidant Financial, a small business financing company specializing in helping entrepreneurs secure funding to start, buy, or grow small businesses and franchises. In 2025, DOXA Talent became the first global outsourcing company to launch a franchise model in the U.S.
Conquer Padel Club
Enrique Gracia launched Conquer Padel Club in 2024 in Arizona by partnering with experienced padel club specialists operating 48 padel courts across six (6) clubs in Mexico; Tom Konkowski, a financial expert and sports entrepreneur; and Barry Falcon, a franchise industry veteran, to capitalize on the sport’s explosive growth potential in the U.S. Conquer Padel Club is the first operator to roll out a dedicated padel franchise model within U.S. According to a recent company announcement , the brand is currently raising $15 million in new funding to develop seven (7) new clubs in strategic markets including Arizona, Utah, Georgia, and California.
Cooper’s Scoopers
Founded in 2024, Cooper’s Scoopers is a professional pet waste removal and management franchise. As part of the Loyalty Brands family of franchise concepts, which also operates seven (7) franchised brands including recognized pet-related concepts such as Zoomin Groomin and Salty Dawg, the brand has access to cross-promotional opportunities, franchise expertise, and an established support network. Driven by rising pet ownership and increased spending on pet health, wellness, and convenience services, the U.S. pet care industry is expected to experience robust economic growth in the coming years.
RealClean Aircraft Detailing
Founded in 2004 and franchising since 2024, RealClean Aircraft Detailing has been offering a comprehensive range of mobile aircraft cleaning and restoration services to both general and commercial aviation clients at over 50 airports. The concept has the unique competitive advantage of being a first-to-market franchise in the niche and largely untapped aviation detailing sector.
