Upper Cervical Health Centers of America Franchise Disclosure Document

Upper Cervical Health Centers, LLC grants franchises for the right to operate a franchise for Upper Cervical Health Centers of America chiropractic practices. All franchisees must be chiropractors duly licensed by the state in which they practice and must agree to limit their chiropractic practice to "Upper Cervical Care." Upper Cervical Care is a form of chiropractic that focuses on the relationship between the first two bones in the neck, called the upper cervical spine through one or more of the following chiropractic techniques: (i) knee chest, (ii) Blair Upper Cervical Care, (iii) NUCCA, (iv) Orthospinology, (v) Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic Technique and (vi) Toggle Recoil Adjustment.
