You will offer “Kärna Camp” and/or “Restore the Core” classes and supporting “programs” (such as our proprietary nutrition program), primarily oriented towards women. Kärna Camp classes are conducted outside wherever practical and include strength training, cardiovascular drills, core strengthening exercises and stretching. Kärna Camp classes are typically limited to a maximum of ten (10) clients. Restore the Core is a Pilates based group fitness class that may be taught to up to twenty clients in an indoor or outdoor location. Classes may be scheduled and sold on a session basis, meaning classes are sold as a package with the expectation that clients will attend all classes in that session, or forfeit any days missed. Franchisees and their instructors who are nationally certified personal trainers may also deliver individual personal training sessions under the program name of Kärna Power.
