At Aprisa our specialty is extremely high quality Mexican food served very quickly from our drive thru or walk up window.. Our menu is streamlined and simple and yet still offers our guests much variety. We prepare all our foods directly in front of our guests in full view. We use only the freshest ingredients available, we have no freezer and no microwave. Everything we serve is prepared right on site including our salsa's and guacamole. We truly believe in being good stewards or our environment and use only packaging materials that are recycled or recyclable. Even our building is recycled! (Our building is constructed from a recycled steel shipping container) On the human level, our goal is to ensure living wage jobs with health insurance to our associates.
